In galaxies there are small groups of stars. These small groups of stars present inside a galaxy are known as star clusters.
Two types of clusters are there:-
1. Globular clusters
2. Galactic clusters
Globular clusters are those in which there are close packing’s of the stars. In a globular cluster there are nearly 1000 to 10000 stars. In a Milky Way galaxy the count of globular clusters is nearly 100. The clusters are nearly 10000 times bigger than that of our solar system.
