What are the necessary conditions for the possibility of life on a planet?

There are three basic conditions for the existence of life on a planet
1. Water on the planet should be in abundance.

2. The planet’s atmosphere must be free from harmful gases.

3. The temperature on the planet must be tolerable to the living beings.

It is found from the observations that the planet which is fulfilling all the above three conditions is our Earth. Not even a single planet except earth has these suitable conditions. So, possibility of life on other planets if almost Zero.
